Opportunity

opportunity (noun) - a situation when it is possible to do something that you want to do

seize the opportunity - do it while you still have the opportunity to do it.
a window of opportunity - the opportunity only exists for a limited time (the opportunity does not always exist)
a photo opportunity (a photo op) - a chance to take a good photo.

opportune (adj) - ideal and convenient.

opportunist (noun) - (negative) a person who takes advantage of any opportunity for gain (without thinking about right and wrong), opportunism (noun), opportunistic (adj), opportunistically (adj)
